Paris: what can I say about this place that has not already been said? It is really quite a beautiful city, more beautiful than I anticipated. The warm, pale, tones of all the architecture really give a sense of calm in the midst of a bustling metropolis. As I was there I just kept thinking how incredibly lucky I am to visit this place. Paris was never really on the top of my list of places to see, but now that I have seen it I want to go back and soon.
I spent three wonderful days there walking from one tourist stop to the next filling up with crepes and baguettes along the way. I traveled with three other girls and we got along splendidly with just the right mix of must see tourist spots coupled with tons of fun. I enjoyed every stop, but most of all loved visiting the flea market which I'll post about soon. For now here is a small sampling of all I saw and did while in the City of Light.

Marianne,
ReplyDeleteyou are a lucky lady indeed. I love Paris. Though I have to admit that I have only been once. I cannot wait to see your fleamarket post. I would love to see a real Parisian one. :)
So lucky indeed! Thanks so much for stopping by! I think the flea market post will be up next week. I am traveling to London tomorrow - so excited!
